All plants are final sale items. This includes plants in plastic nursery pots, plants potted in any other container, and air plants.

We guarantee that all of our plants are in healthy condition free from visible pests and disease at the time of sale. Once a plant leaves our shop, it is beyond our control, and we can not be responsible for a plant's behavior or that of its owner. Plants are living things, so we can not 100% guarantee any plant will thrive in your space.

If your plant is exhibiting signs of disease or pests, please email us photos and a description of the issue. If we determine the issue was present at the time of purchase, then we will issue a refund, store credit, or exchange at our discretion. A receipt is required.
